Organization Registration
Registration is open during Community Grant periods only. Once your organization is registered, you do not have to register again with Responsible Sports.

If you are trying to register your organization and find that your organization is already registered, please contact the person within your organization that originally registered your team or contact the Responsible Sports Team.

By participating in the program, both organizations and individuals agree to verification of all information provided during registration and certification as well as any and all selection documentation.

When you register your organization, please make sure to:
•    Clearly state your team name (e.g.  New Canaan Rams Football); and
•    Fill out all required registration fields to the best of your knowledge.

Once you submit your registration, please allow up to five (5) business days for review and approval.  We review all information submitted to determine eligibility for the Community Grant program.

Organization  Certification Points
When a parent or coach completes a Responsible Sports Parent or Coach Quiz, the parent or coach will provide a certification point to the respective organization. A certification point can be completed anytime throughout the year, however crediting a certification point to a team or organization can only be done during the open grant period for Spring (March 1, 2013 - May 31, 2013) or Fall (Sept 1, 2013 - Nov 30, 2013 ).

The top five organizations in each division that obtain the greatest number of valid certification points will earn a Community Grant. A certification point is considered valid if the email address used to complete the quiz is verified by the user and associated with only one real person.

Verifying an Email Address
After an individual completes a quiz, a verification email is sent to the email address  provided. The participant must log into their email client (Gmail, Yahoo, AOL etc.) and click on the verification link within their email to verify their email address.

If you have not received a verification email, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

Make sure to add team@responsiblesports.com to your contact list in order to receive communication from Responsible Sports.

If an email address is not verified, a quiz is not credited to the organization's point count.
